Stephen Patron
Managing Partner
Mr. Patron is a second-generation builder developer with over 40 years of general residential development experience that includes a rich history of redevelopment wit residentially driven mixed-use expertise. Mr. Patron has spoken regionally and nationally on such topics as redevelopment, multi-family and urban mixed-use, and has testified before numerous New Jersey Senate Assembly Committees. Mr Patron is responsible for identifying urban and suburban residential development opportunities and real estate trends throughout the Northeast. Mr. Patron oversees contract negotiations, positioning of the development opportunity /or investment interest, securing approvals entitlements, structuring strategic partnerships, and the eventual development or disposition of the projects.
Thomas Critelli
Partner
Thomas Critelli is a seasoned and accomplished business, and real estate development professional with extensive experience in land acquisitions, due diligence, contract negotiations, financial analysis, construction management, government and community relations, and sales and marketing. His specialties include residential real estate development, new home construction, contract negotiations, and financial analysis as well as tax and financial reporting. Thomas is also a licensed real estate professional and a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
James L. Gregory III
Partner
James Gregory is an attorney licensed in New Jersey and New York. His background includes substantial transactional experience involving defaulted assets, modification/forbearance agreements, work-out arrangements and management of the foreclosure process. In addition, James has assisted in CMBS, CDOs and other asset securitizations. He has represented investment and commercial banks in all phases of commercial real estate practice — including originations, bridge loans, future advance facilities, multi-state cross-collateralized financings, mezzanine loans, preferred equity structures, mortgage asset portfolio purchases sales, loan syndications and secured/unsecured revolving term loans.
