Aura, Elk Township, Gloucester County, NJ
Located in the Rowan University Boulevard corridor, Aura is a mixed use development consisting of over 1,800 residential units of varying product types and commercial uses. On behalf of its investor group, Harvestate Group is leading the repositioning of 350 acres of strategically located land. When completed this community will represent a new concept in active adult, senior living based on wellness and aging in place. The cornerstone of the community is a village center with high density, multi-family located above ground floor commercial. Moving away from the village center is a combination of townhouses and single family homes providing a variety of housing options. Beachway Redevelopment, Keansburg, Monmouth County, NJ
Harvestate Group was designated the waterfront redeveloper in Keansburg, NJ by council resolution in 2012. After years of working through coastal issues and redevelopment concerns, a Redevelopment Agreement was executed with the town officials in August, 2015. Harvestate Group is finalizing plans for the waterfront development and expects to publicly present those plans in mid-2018. Pending entitlement and permitting, it is anticipated that construction will begin in the fall of 2018 or first quarter 2019.
The Enclave at Winslow Greens, Winslow Twp., Camden County, NJ
After repositioning a failed single family project into 105 fee simple townhouses, Harvestate Group put together a joint venture to buy the development, with all site improvements installed, from the bank who obtained the property through foreclosure. The Enclave is currently owned by Harvestate and has become the area’s most successful rental community. Construction of 22 buildings was completed in the 4thquarter of 2017. Leasing is ongoing and quickly approaching full occupancy.
Taubels Mill Redevelopment, Riverside, Burlington County, NJ
Taubels Mill is a unique transit village redevelopment rental community consisting of 90 townhouses and 60 apartments strategically located 1 block from the NJ Transit stop in Riverside. Harvestate redesigned a previously approved development plan and led the repositioning of this development. Amended Planning Board approvals were obtained in February, 2018. Construction is anticipated to begin 3rdquarter of 2018. Building on the success of our townhouse rental community in Winslow, Harvestate Group recognized the value of creating townhouse rentals as an alternative to traditional apartments.
