Harvestate Group identified the need for state of the art self-storage and obtained all variances, permits, and approvals for this 78,500 square foot facility which opened in 2020. This property is being flagged and managed by Extra Space, the second largest manager of self-storage in the United States, and is currently the #1 performing store in the region.
Brighton at Winslow, Winslow Township, Camden County, NJ
Positioned just off Exit 38 of the Atlantic City Expressway, Harvestate Group is working to execute a vision of 312 apartments in a community oriented, amenity rich environment on over 20 acres of land in Winslow, New Jersey which the company owns. Harvestate developed Bright Life Technology, deployed through technology provider LittleBird, which provides an experience like no other, giving residents control over their apartments using their smart phones and connecting them with management, maintenance, social events, special offerings and most importantly their community and neighbors. The community experience is centered around a 2-clubhouse system. On behalf of its investor group, Harvestate Group recapitalized this existing successful active adult community, which consists of 450 single family lots with a 13,000 square foot clubhouse and spa. Over $6M of equity was infused into the project and a new lender was brought on board to provide a construction revolver – ensuring the successful completion of this award winning community. Today the development has exceeded the initial projections for: sales, total dollar volume, and the Return on Investment. Harvestate continues to monitor and manage this investment.
Aura, Elk Township, Gloucester County, NJ
Located in the Rowan University Boulevard corridor, Aura is a mixed use development consisting of over 1,800 residential units of varying product types and commercial uses. On behalf of its investor group, Harvestate Group is leading the repositioning of 350 acres of strategically located land. When completed this community will represent a new concept in active adult, senior living based on wellness and aging in place. The cornerstone of the community is a village center with high density, multi-family located above ground floor commercial. Moving away from the village center is a combination of townhouses and single family homes providing a variety of housing options. The Enclave at Winslow Greens, Winslow Twp., Camden County, NJ
After repositioning a failed single family project into 105 fee simple townhouses, Harvestate Group put together a joint venture to buy the development, with all site improvements installed, from the bank who obtained the property through foreclosure. The Enclave is currently owned by Harvestate and has become the area’s most successful rental community. Construction of 22 buildings was completed in the 4thquarter of 2017. The project has been fully leased and continues to attract new tenants.
