Positioned just off Exit 38 of the Atlantic City Expressway, Harvestate Group is working to execute a vision of 312 apartments in a community oriented, amenity rich environment on over 20 acres of land in Winslow, New Jersey which the company owns. Over $6M of equity was infused into the project and a new lender was brought on board to provide a construction revolver – ensuring the successful completion of this award winning community. The Enclave at Winslow Greens, Winslow Twp., Camden County, NJ

After repositioning a failed single family project into 105 fee simple townhouses, Harvestate Group put together a joint venture to buy the development, with all site improvements installed, from the bank who obtained the property through foreclosure. The Enclave is currently owned by Harvestate and has become the area’s most successful rental community. Construction of 22 buildings was completed in the 4thquarter of 2017. The project has been fully leased and continues to attract new tenants.
